Bradford pear is
an ornamental tree used for its showy white blooms in spring and
also for shade and its foliage. This tree is deciduous and grows to about 25 to 30 feet wide
and about 40 to 50 feet tall.
Its foliage is dark green in summer and turns yellow to
purplish red in fall. It
does best in full sun with a well drained soil.
